Currently have Usermin 0.97 on Redhat 8.0. I tried to change my password but it gives me the following error message. I understand you want passwords that are close to impossible to crack, but I doubt I want to go that route with kids at my school.
Changing password for user ssen.
Changing password for ssen
(current) UNIX password:
New password:
BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word
New password:

passwd: Authentication token manipulation error
I work for a school (K-12) so trying to keep kids' password very secure is kinda hard to do. I can change the password on the linux box itself to some simple password, but it won't work through usermin. Any way to defeat this secure feature?
