User settings gone, and iTunes/iPhoto problem (OS/X)

dawks

I was watching a netcast in Front Row today, when the power cable was accidentally pulled from my Macbook Pro (no battery in it). When I went to login, it took a few seconds longer to get loaded. Once I was in, I noticed immediately the dock had reverted to default (all my custom icons were gone). I then tried to load iTunes, and got the error saying my library was corrupt and it created a new one. The problem with that is I had almost 30 different netcasts, with over 300 unwatched episodes, and now I'm not sure which ones I still need to watch.

Also, my iPhoto library is now empty. There is a 6.7gig file but it says its corrupt. How the hell do I fix this?

I will note I did have FileVault on. I turned it off, had it decrypt the files, but I'm still having problems. Is there any way to fix this? I'd really like my photos back of course..

Edit: Didnt notice we have an Apple category, maybe this would be better suited there.
