Can we get more options in the "User Search" feature?

Things to indlude:

-State of Residence
-City of Residence
-Name (first/last)

Just easier to find ATers that are in your area by searching rather than posting on OT
 
Many people fudge the first two items making such a feature worthless.
 
Kind of related...

Is there a way to search for two users at once?

(Like if I wanted to search my own name and another member's then it would only come back with results for threads where we both posted?)
