ok, do these things really mean anything? No, I am not writing this because I want people to rate me, in fact, I should probably disable them right now Anyway, I am just curious as whether or not they affect us in anyway. Also, who actually rates people? I have been posting here for about 7 monthes now and have only really rated one person who helped me alot, is this normal?

I dont think that they mean anything, generally what happens is when someone asks about the ratings they get a whole bunch of ones or zeros. so if you get a bunch of the bad ratings now it means nothing.

They really don't mean anything...you gotta damn near give your liver to someone for them to give you a 10. But people will give you a 1 just for misspelling something
