I've got two user accounts I made. One being the default...another being for music and audio programs. I
decided to scrap the idea..but I can't delete the NEW "music and graphics" user profile. Whats annoying is it boots to this by default and I have to hit CTRL ALT DELETE at the welcome screen twice in order to log in with my "default" settings. Both have admin privledges.

I'm sure it easy and i'm oddly having trouble finding a straight answer on google.

so the "default" account is the one named administrator, and the "music and graphics" account is one that you named yourself?

that's correct.....I've basically got "Administrator", "Music and Graphics", and "Guest (not activated)". Wanna delete music and graphics but it won't give me the option in the USER menu.

try using a shorcut with this path

%windir%\System32\control.exe userpasswords2

you can change the default login

as for removing the account from there I've never tried it
but you'd think you could remove it while logged in as another admin

basically check the user must enter a pass box
select an account
then uncheck the box
I think that's what would work in your situation

oops, I guess we're talking XP ?
If not never mind

Delete the user under the Management Console. You can get to it by right clicking My Computer either on the desktop or in the Start Menu and clicking Manage(You can also get to it through Control Panel). There should be a folder for Users and Groups, expand it, and click on users. The users should be listed in the right side pane. You can then delete the user you want.
