Lemon law

I their usual clear as mud microsoft language, the user account section of win XP pro explains
that there are exactly TWO types of win XP pro user accounts---administrative and limited.
And a full administrative account can do all manner of things while a limited account is very restricted on what the user of such an account can do---a huge advantage at times---given that malware or idiots using a limited account are limited in what damage they can do. And for added protection---one can even add a full software restriction policy in an XP pro limited account for added computer security.
So far--all straight forward----then microsoft mentions there is also a guest account that you can turn on or off---but microsoft never gets around to defining what the privilege level of a guest account is.---is it the same as a limited account---or an administrative account--or what?
Does ANYONE know?
