User Permissions in XP Home or Pro

I need to disable internet access for a user, but he still needs to be able to use the PC. Is this possible? Thanks for your help.

As the Admin of this computer, i need internet access when i log on.

Although XP Home doesn't have a group policy editor (unless you've set up active directory or domain network) you can start tweaking with some registry settings.

I'd start here -- although I'm not sure if you can do what you want...you'll have to experiment.

Added Disclaimer: Back up your registry and know how to restore it before doing this stuff.

[*]Uncheck TCP/IP from the network adapter properties
[*]Put him on a limited account
