User login auditing

Our company has a 2000 server based environment running AD with 2000 pro and 98 clients. My boss want to see everybody's login activity. I know you log it on the 2000 boxes locally but I want to know if it is possible to have it all logged to the server whenever the users login. Ahy help would be appreciated

In Win2K Pro, there is a "Local Security Policy" tool under the "Administrative Tools" control panel. You can set up auditing ofr logins/logoffs and many other events there. I'd imagine that server editions have something very similar.

However, the server may only audit connections to itself. You can probably pull the same information from individual "client" machines from the server. You *may* be able to configure the client PCs with a group policy, or you'd just have to go around and configure each machine manually.
