User.exe errors! Immediate assistance needed, thanks!

Darn it, I'm currently running WinME and when I run programs, I randomly receive user.exe errors in which I have to shut down the program I'm using. It doesn't ask me to restart or reinstall windows but simply shuts down the program I'm using and I'm sure that it's not just one program, it happened to me when I'm using any program! Winword, Powerpoint, Windows media, explorer, etc.
I'm really frustrated and need your kind immediate assistance because I'm losing my productivity time and my work for hours is always lost (I know I should save more often but the error is ticking me off!)

hey there, have you tried reinstalling ME? how about any o/s updates?
are you having any other issues while running on this pc?
 
I installed the windows udpate, and I already formatted my comp twice with Win ME installed, still get the frequent "user.exe has cause an error" problem! Please help
 
uhm, if your doing "work" on the machine and are qorried about losing "productivity time", then you need to go buy win2k now. Stop screwing with WinME, it'll never work right. Win9X kernel is a virus ;-)

AND DO A CLEAN INSTALL, don't upgrade
