User account on a novell/nt domain get locked once a day

user changed his expried password at home over the weekend and when he came in a logged into the domain he account was locked, so i did a password reset and now everymorning his account is locked out when he tires to login to the domain.

any ideas why. and i dont think its an intruder lockout type thing.

Make sure he is not logged onto some other machine on the domain with the old password. If he was logged on at work while he changed the password at home, the machine at work will lock out the acocunt.

He's probably still logged in somewhere else. If auditing is properly enabled, your AD security log should show where...or just reboot every workstation in the domain. Middle of the business day is a good time for this.

or he could be typing his password wrong consistently.
