User account log on problem after installing .NET framework in XP......

Hey, so I decided to download the .NET framework last night and when I turned on my comp today I have a logon screen. Well there is only one user, so I checked the user accounts settings in the control panel and .NET added another user called "ASP.NET Machine A..." can I delete this user, or is there anyway to always bypass the log on screen?
