Almonds are greated smoked or salted. Peanuts and Cashews are good Honey Roasted. Macadmias are just plain good.

Cashews are so good. Interesting fact about them... most of the world's supply of cashews come from China. Uncooked, cashews are very caustic apparently, and have to be baked at a certain temp for a certain amount of time before they're edible.

I don't like dry roasted peanuts at all. I like regular salted peanuts..the oily kind.

Yeah. I like to suck on the whole peanut, shell and all, before cracking it open and eating the nut. beloved patriot spanish peanuts are great too.
