Hello guys. I would like to know if anyone here has any experience in writing website privacy and copyright disclaimers. I am working on a website where "brand names" will be used in links and also where users will have the option to register and input comments on the website publicly.
I just want to "Certtify" that i am not the owner of those "brand names", I do not collect any info on users except that which they input themselves, and that I wont sell trade or do anything of the sort with whatever info they do input. I want it nice and simple, but I think in lega lterms it never is so 🙂
