Used Off-Lease?

I'm looking at a monitor that is "used off-lease". Can someone please explain the "off lease" part to me?

A company was leasing it for a set amount of time just like you lease a car. Sometimes you get lucky and get a nice one but not too often.

I assume if you're asking this, you're thinking of getting one of the Azatek monitors? If so, the reports I've seen are that the grade-A monitors are a good bargain and offer good quality.

And I asked the seller like 4 questions, so hopefully they all come out positive.
