Used laptop with best screen for under $500?

I'm liking my Thinkpad T420S except for the fact that the screen is atrocious. I would like to get a laptop with an amazing screen for under $400, maybe $500 if it's a good stretch.

It should have an IPS screen, have close to 100% sRGB gamut, and be decently high dpi (1080p on a 15")

The screen doesn't need to be big, 12" is ok.

I really prefer the trackpoint so it's a bonus if it comes with that.

I wish I could find a reliable sell of the q550lf I own.. it has an amazing screen on it. It is several years old now (745m era) but sadly still sells close to full price on amazon.

I would be cautious of looking for a used laptop with a perfect screen, you have no idea the condition the screen is in when you get it.

I see a lot of these going for $300 on ebay. It looks great! For $300, I would be ok if the screen wasn't perfect as long as it doesn't have huge issues. I would expect it the be noted in the listing if there were huge issues.

Dell one looks like a seriously powerful machine at that pricepoint with an IPS FHD screen.

Dell Outlet Inspiron 13 7000 series, can get a i5/i7-6200/6500U with 8GB/256GB SSD and 1080p IPS for under $500 with coupons that come regularly.

It's a solid deal but I'm picky with keyboards, only Dell Latitude or Lenovo ThinkPad T/X/W for me. Since it's brand new you also receive 1 year warranty + free 1 year extended warranty if paid with a premium Amex, Visa, MC or Discover credit card.

Buy it.

that sounds and look totally awesome...

(1049.00 Chinese Yuan equals 152.68 US Dollars), it's in Chinese... but claims to ship to the US?

If I were going through all of this, I'd probably just shell out for t470s w/300 NIT IPS WQHD

or Thinkpad Yoga X1 w/OLED

and if you want brand new, there is a 768p HP pavilion x360 13.3" laptop for $500, install your own SSD, very good keyboard, but not thinkpad quality, $500

then there's the Lenovo yoga 710 11.6 @ 1080p, terrible keyboard with the shift key pushed to far right, $400-$700

toshiba Radius 12.5 (discontinued), have sickly crazy and sweet 4K screen and slick chassis!! screen, but, .. absolutely trashy motherboards.
