Used i3/i5 Laptops for ~$250

What are some good, used i3/i5 (older generations) laptops you can find for around $250? Years ago we use to buy Dell Latitude D620s, because you could find them cheap and were built solid. I know on the desktop side you can always findoff-leased Dell Optiplexes, but I don't know what laptop models to look for anymore.
