Used Dell keyboards @ Directron for $2/$3

Under Directron's Clearance section, they have used Dell keyboards on sale. $2 for regular, $3 for a few extra buttons. They have some mice also dirt cheap, not sure if they are optical or not, as I was only interested in picking up some cheap keyboards for some extra PCs I have lying around.

im actually using a dell keyboard i bought from them about 3 years ago, works perfectly my keyboard of choice.

i got a couple of dell quietkeys from directron about a year back. the quietkeys are pretty decent cheap keyboards.

Lol, i had to join forums just to say how I was just there on monday at directron and noticed the huge box of dell keyboards in the clearance room (they have an actual room for clearance stuff). Though I think they were charging like $7 :-/

edit: also i noticed alot of them were dirty and grungy, so don't expect a clean shiny one ^^

I have purchased a few dozen of these over the past couple years, along with the Dell Mice.
They do the job.
They can be very dirty, and even the "New Pulls" show signs of a lot of use.

While browsing OfficeMax website Sunday, I came across Clearance section.
They had new keyboard in the box for $1.
Just received them yesterday, and they are great. Picked up 11 as filler for another order.
Now the problem is I can not find the Clearance section listed anymore.

I've been using one of these for about 2 years right now ( dell quiet key ), and I must admit it's stood up to some abuse without letting me down.
I usually get about 6 months outta those FAR keyboards, before they mess up.
