use TV tuner card through ethernet network?

only my room has the cable tv Jack. My brother wants to watch tv in his room though. so is there anyway i can put a tv tuner card in my computer, then send the Tv signal through my lan network to my brother's computer?

not really. only way is really going to be to just split the coax and run some to his room

The problem is,
my room and my brother's room are the extreme opposite. we already hooked a network card across the whole hallway.
we try to prevent to put another thick cable across the hallway...

well, you could pick up some wireless Audio/Video transmitters from X10.com

they should be able to transmit cable from your room to his, although they cost 70 bucks or so
