Use star rating averages, and round up

I don't have a problem with the star ratings on threads, and its already been commented that they are staying. But they way that they are set up now is kind of pointless.

For example, My ATOT Fitness Challange thread has a 4 star rating. I'm very positive that if you averaged the ratings so far on the thread that it'd be a 4.8 or 4.9 which should display as a 5 star thread. All it takes is one jackass to knock a thread out of the 5 star range.

Also, it'd be nice if the number of votes actually showed up.
 
Ok, star ratings work now, but do they round up? If a thread has a 4.9 average with 200 votes it should show 5 stars, not 4.
