Use site meter with phpbb

I have an extra duty supporting a web site. Not being a web guy, I can handle the basics and thankfully most of the site is HTML. The customer does run phpbb v2.0.16 (I know, I am upgrading it this weekend). The customer wants to use sitemeter. So I did the rest of the site for them, but am unsure where to place the sitemeter HTML code for the phpBB forum.

Any help is very welcome.
