Use old router as switch?

I replaced my old Cisco/Linksys E3000 with the new Airport Extreme Time Capsule.

Is it possible to just use the old Linksys as a switch? I want to keep it in my entertainment center and use it to share internet to all my devices (ATV, Xbox, TV, etc).

How would I go about doing this? I searched but I couldn't find any specifics that I understood.

I just realized none of my internet devices have ethernet ports to do this with.

I knew I shouldn't have returned that thunderbolt to ethernet adapter!
