use of the Shuttle XPC SB6161 as a low profile / cost system ?

Geeks has a bare bones Shuttle XPC sb6161 for $160. Was wondering if this is the cheapest way to build a low profile system for general use ? (some minimal gaming - mostly internet, mail basic apps)

Primarily looking for a very low profile box, that can be hidden - just want to see a monitor & mouse.

any suggestions welcomed, thanks
