Use more than two game pads at the same time?

Hi All,
My boss asked me if he could use two game pads at once so he and his son could play NHL2002 together.
I know that MS regular game pad can plug into each other, but he has one free style and one Logitec wingman game pads. He is running WIN98SE.
Could you guys help him out?
TIA

Best bet is to go USB if his PC supports it then he can have as many as he likes connected,I use to have a PCI dual gameport card on one of my old PCs for using two standard joystick/gamepads.

<< Question: do they have to be the same brand & model? >>

If you mean USB then the answer is no,you can mix and match USB hardware.
