Use Case modeling

I am taking my Analysis and Design class right now, and I am in need of a good, easy to use, Use Case modeling tool.

My prof. had mentioned a tool that Java has, I think it was Java Studio Enterprise, but I was wondering if any of you guys had a good experience with other free modeling tools.
