It's tough to say what a coach would do at the college level. Anything lower and I'd be telling the player to pack his bags.

Looked like a lot of flopping and acting. He saw it coming and was planning the flop IMO. No excuse for the USC player but the flop is just as bad as revenge "cheap shot" (the OK player pushed him at ~10 seconds).
