okay... very much odd.

No info on what this file is, not even on google.

Apparently (as I am experincing it) on Windows98se machines and KT400 boards, during install of the USB2.0 driver the process asks for this file... which does NOT exist anywhere on the system.

Anyone know what the fix is for this. Blah stupid driver!
