Are there any decent USB2 video capture devices available? Can you recommend one for me?

OS will be WinXP Pro
My Thinkpad has USB2 but no Firewire
CPU PentiumM 1.5GHz
RAM 768MB
If the capture device also records sound that would be great, otherwise it needs to operate conflict free with an Audigy NX (USB2)

I want to capture to MPEG-1 (VCD) or MPEG-2 (SVCD) from composite and svideo. Stability is quite important. Thanks.
 
I have a leadtek Win2000 TV XP Expert TV Tuner card, it's PCI though but I think that company does make USB versions. I highly recommend them, not the best tuners out there but definitely worth the money. These are available at newegg for a good price.
