USB Unsure, On a A7N8X MB

Hi, just did a clean install of Windows XP, on a new Asus A7N8X, with a 2500+ Cpu,

I have a small problem, within the device manager I had a yellow ? on the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. Has anyone else run into this with this MB, Should'nt have Window XP or SP1 install these drivers?
The problem windows has with it is there are no drivers install for this device. The MB is rev 2.00, Bios 1003.
Strange thing other USB things where installed within other Devices.

This is the software installed and also in this order:

Windows XP
SP1
NForce2 Drivers ver 1.16
Modem Driver
DirectX 9 something
Video Driver
Monitor Driver
Asus USB 2.0 Drivers (because of a yellow ? in Device Manager, (No Drivers Installed problem))

I'm unsure if this is normal with this board or not, because of all the USB ports it offers, however I think I'm having that old double devices thing.

Because of a yellow ? in device manager I installed the USB 2 drivers from Asus. Now I have no yellow ? marks in Device Manager, but under Universal Serial Bus controllers I have the following

Nividia PCI Enhanced Host Controller
Stanard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
Stanard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
USB Root Hub
USB Root Hub
USB Root Hub

Is this normal for this board?

One more thing, I have only one PCI Device in one of the 5 PCI slots, and I bet I picked the only slot that mite have a problem with a US Robotic hardware Modem. (slot 3)

Should I reinstall everything, after moving the modem to a different PCI Slot? I did not see anything like this mentioned within the Official A7N8X Deluxe Thread.

I think the 1004 BIOS may address the yellow exclaimation point problem, if you want to try that.
