USB Unikey question

My mom has some software that has a USB Unikey dongle and the company is looking for the USB security device's serial number in order to upgrade but don't know where I find this information. any help would be appreciated. On the dongle itself it looks like there was something on the dongle that might have had this information on it but is there anyway to find it through the computer somehow?
