USB Type C Hub Question for MacBook Pro

I have a macbook pro 2017 with 2 usb type C ports. I am looking for a USB type C hub which allows me to do the following

1. Connect my Wall Charger usb type C to power my macbook. (this charger comes with MacBook Pro).
2. Connect external monitor with HDMI
3. Ethernet Cable
4. 3 USB 2.0 Hubs All of which deliver power. So I should be able to charge my iwatch, iPhone and iPad at the same time.

I purchased a couple of USB type C hubs. All of them easily do 2 and 3. Many don't take external power. And almost none of them deliver power at the same time to all 3 USB 2.0 ports.

Can you please recommend me a USB type C hub which does ALL 4.
