USB to Smart Media Card?

Is there any small adaptor which connects into a USB port and on the other end in a slot for a Smart Media Card? The reason I ask is I have 2x 32mb smart media cards and my dad could save space in his bag by not having to carry a floppy drive (he has a small and skinny laptop with only a CD drive). This, or even other memory types. I'm not looking for an external 6 in 1 adaptor but more like just a simple wire going out and a plastic case which you put the card in to read it not much bigger than the card itself.

Ummmmm, how much smaller do you want? That's big enough to put the card in and that's about it. They have to put the PCB in there somewhere.
