USB To SATA Bridge Board

I am building a "Custom" external drive case out of an old Sun 411 SCSI case and I am having trouble finding a USB to SATA bridge board (I really don't want to buy an external case just for the board)

I have found one that fits my need perfectly but I can't seem to find a place to buy one

This is the one I found and want as I would have to do minimal modding to the case
Does anyone know of a reputable online store to buy one?

My requirements are
Drive activity/Power LEDS
Not a back of drive model (Ex: It has a SATA Port that uses a cable to connect the drive not connected directly to the drive)
USB B Female connector (The ones printers use)

Is there not enough depth for an extension cable?

I found this probably a stupid question but will a standard USB B fit in the USB 3.0 B connector?
