USB to pinout connector > is there such an animal?

OK .. stop laughing. I need to a USB connector stub (or short cable) that goes to pinout. In other words ... USB port connector on one side and pins on the other. Is there such an animal? Thank you.
 
make it yourself. Cut the cable end off and solder it to a serial connector or whatever kind you need.
