Does this adapter exist? I searched all over NewEgg and some said "USB to Ethernet Adapter" but they were just a USB Male to Ethernet Female... my friend has satellite internet and is using the computer as the bridge so it has to be on for the internet for all the other computers to work... the modem for the satellite internet only has a USB port and they need an ethernet port to plug it into the router. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

It is Not a matter of adaptor; you can not turn USB Client to Ethernet.
You would have to ask the ISP to provide you with an External Ethernet Modem, or feed the USB to a computer with a Network card and use a switch and ICS for the other computers
