USB tip on my Xbox 360 controller is gone

Apparently the USB tip on the 360 controller can come off to prevent them from being damaged if someone were to accidentally rip it out (this is a wired controller of course). I use it mainly for my PC, but now it's lost and I can't use it anymore. Anyone have an idea of where or how I might be able to get another USB tip for it?
