USB Thumb Drive & Syncing

Anyone know of software that will sync a usb thumb drive to a local directory?

Nothing of real use on there... Now that I think about it, it has to be automatic. I can copy files from the drive to a local folder very easily. There was an app that did it when a new device was attached to the usb interface, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.
