I have a Sandisk Micro thumb drive and just upgraded to Vista. Now when I use my thumb drive it works fine but when I go to safely remove it, it says safe to remove but the light is still on. Is there a fix for this anywhere?
Thanks

Is the light flashing or on constantly? If on constantly (not indicative of write operations) you should be able to yank it (e.g. not sure there is anything to actually fix here...)

Agree with bsobel. A steady light does not usually indicate flowing data. The default for flash drives is "Optimize for Quick Removal." I would pull it.
