usb tethering not working

hi when i use tethering on my pc websites are not opening but secured websites with https are opening please help thanks i have galaxy e7 thanks
 
Assuming you have T-mobile: I think you need to pay extra for tethering, do you not?

Were you able to tether before? Did you recently get a major software update? Are you on an annual plan or pre-pay?

secured sites like google gmail etc. are working but not unsecured sites which starts with http and not https
