USB stops working randomly...

I have a NF2 MB, and one of the many quirks I've seem to luckily get stuck with is. Randomly my USB devices stop working, I can't figure out why, this happens when I'm rebooting mostly. But, doesn't happen often. The only way I've figured out to get my keyboard + mouse (both USB) to work again is to unplug the ATX connector from my MB and plug it back in. This fixes it every time it happens.

I'm baffled what causes this.

How much power can your PSU deliver on the +5vsb (standby) line? If it's less than 1.5A, you might have problems.
