USB Stick gone bad

My USB stick now says that it hasnt been formatted and would i like to do it when i try and use it.

The filesystem now says it is in "RAW" mode.

Anyway, i cant get anything off the USB drive, and was wondering if anyone has any solutions?

I think you're best bet is to try and use some kind of data recovery software. I had a similar problem once (apart from the RAW, I'm not sure about that) and I got whatever I needed back.

The one that I used was PC Inspector File Recovery, and the best thing is it is freeware as well. I tried some other ones, but this was the only one that could see everything, as well as recover it.
