I'm looking for a speaker for a friend of mine with ALS. He is no longer able to speak and must do so with text-to-speech. The speaker must be able to output sound separately from his headphones so he can listen to music or an audiobook or whatever while being able to output a second audio stream for speech.
Is this type of setup possible on windows 7? Any recommendations for a speaker? Any help would be very much appreciated.
