Both my roommate and i have USB smartmedia card readers (he has a Ratoc, and I have an Olympus MAUSB-1, which is a rebadged SCM). The long and short of it is that they don't work in windows XP. I can install the win2k drivers, but they only work until i reboot. Also, all traces of older Olympus products have disappeared from the olympus website. Btw, we both have the D450Zoom. So, are any of you guy successfully using smartmedia card readers, and if so, which ones!
