USB Recognition

I just moved my tower into a new apartment and now I am unable to get my usb printer or scanner to work. My usb mouse works fine but when I plug any other device in, the "unplug or eject hardware" dialog appears and none of my other accessories are recognized. I'm running win2k on a decently new machine and everything else worked fine before I moved. Any ideas? Thanks.

have you tried a different cable??? you may have damaged it by accident

Yes I've tried multiple cables. Every time it shows "USB Device" in the stop or unplug dialogue and does not work

Uninstall and reinstall the USB drivers.

Dodgy USB port perhaps?

Try and swap cables around to see if that is the case.

Reinstalling USB drivers would also be a good option.
