USB Problems on Dell laptop with Win95B

I have a Sony PDA that I'm trying to install on a Dell Latitude running Win95B. It is not detecting it. I checked the Bios and could not find any USB settings. Do you think this is a hardware problem, or does Win95B not support USB??

Only win95 osr2 (i believe) has usb support

USB of many PDAs don't work with any version of Windoze 95. The last version of Windoze 95 has incomplete support for USB. The best solution is to upgrade the OS, and if your PDA has the right drivers, I'd go straight to Windows 2000 if you have enough memory.

BTW, neither my desktop nor my laptop have any USB settings I believe. Which Dell Latitude though?
