My DSL modem kept messing up, then my cable modem, now my gamepad, I keep replacing hardware, but it's definatly something wrong with my USB, I have 4 ports, and the same thing happens on all of them, on the modems, they would work sometimes and not work sometimes, and my computer just wont recognize my gamepad, devise properties just says unknown devise, I've tried reinstalling drivers many times, and tried a diferant brand of gamepad with no luck, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
