USB problem

I'm using the Abit BX133 RAID. I have a webcam and a control pad that uses the USB ports. For some reason, only one port is working. How do I get both the ports to work? Thanks for the help.
 
I had an issue with my Abit & USB ports too. My fix was to change one of BIOS settings. It was ADCP (?) value change from 1.2 to 1.1. Its the second of third BIOS screen on the bottom left.
