I can't use the USB to PS2 joypad convertor and the USB Hardisk
My bios is 1006 with Win XP sp2

Any one can help

Have you allocated an irq for usb in the bios? Also check in the device manager for an unknown usb device and if there is one there remove it and try again. This often happens when people plug in a usb device without first installing the drivers.
 
Copy that...for my A8N Windows did not install the USB2.0 driver automatically, because a device was plugged to it...remove all devices and re-install the driver (automatic, windows has generic drivers for it...)
