USB Ports on Mobo Failing

About a month ago I noticed my USB mouse intermittently sticking or slowly down. I figured it was the mouse, but swapping them out didn't help at all (the newest mouse was even worse). I tried a different USB port on the motherboard with no change. I finally tried the front port built into my Lian-Li case which is plugged into a different spot on the motherboard and its fine - problem totally disappeared. When I used the rear "built in" USB ports it immediately returned. Apparently the four that are on the IO panel are failing, which while irritating isn't a big problem since I have the two case USB ports in front. The question I have is, could this be a sign of a larger problem with the motherboard? If a complete failure is imminent I really don't want to take the chance of the motherboard taking out other hardware with it when it goes. Should I be worried and RMA it now? Is there any fix I could try in Windows or the BIOS? Here's what I have:

Other USB devices don't seem to be affected though - my printer works fine.

I'm wondering the same thing, except for in my situation, it's my onboard audio that seems to be going out. I'm going to open up my case and have a look at the mobo this weekend --check for bad caps, etc.
