Wal-Mart is closing out the Principal USB Personal Fans for $1.00, B&M only, Assorted colors –black, silver blue, green and pink. I was in Wal-Mart, San Leandro, California yesterday when I found a display box filled with usb fans on a flexible gooseneck being closed out for $1.00. I found more hanging about they are carded and encased in the difficult to open plastic. They were in a closeout area; however, they could put them anywhere. It wasn't a posted closeout area, but there were other closeout items there.

They are great to help you cool off in front of your computer or simply to to give some movement to stagnant air. Since they are usb you can plug them in to your 12 VDC cigarette lighter usb phone charger in your car to offer you a cool breeze in the drivers seat. My guess is that they were being closed out at the end of summer inventory reductions.

They are being sold on EBAY and other locations on the Internet for 4 to 7 dollars. I bought 23 of them, I figure you can always sell them or give them away as gifts.

I posted this at Fatwallet Hot Deals Forum also. Some guy got them at another Wal Mart and they rang up at $.50.

These fans are Awesome! Really low power drain. I've been using mine on my computer. I've also plugged them into an 1,100 mah USB power block for charging cell phones and that offers a portable mobile fan. My UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) has two USB outlets so I can plug them in there. There's lots of places to use them.
