USB Pen drives (or keys)

Can anybody recommend me a USB Pen drive/key? Looking for a moderately priced one with a moderate capacity (128MB is alright but if I can get more for less that would be great). I need it to be compatible with windows XP (usually is) but also has to be compatible with windows 2000. I had problems in the past getting a dell USB key working on a Windows 98 machine (first edition) and I'm not sure if it will work on my Windows 2000 machine with Service pack 4.

I have a USB MiniDisk 256MB and I do not like it at all. There was nothing in the intructions that told me I would have to 'eject' it via the 'Unplug or Eject Hardware" window, and even when I finally started doing that, the chances are better than not that the data will be corrupted when I take it to another computer to use the data. I have formatted it several times, and now there is data on there that will not erase, even when it is re-formatted. Frequently it will not let me 'eject' it, saying that it is busy, even though I have closed all windows related to it. If I ever buy another one, it will be a name-brand with a warranty.

I have a sandisk cruzer 128. You can buy a 512mb one now though for the price i bought mine 6 months ago. Sandisk seems to be a good one.

You could always get an iPod Shuffle and use it as a dual device, storage and music. Just a thought, please don't flame me.

I have one of these (haven't used it really yet), and a SanDisk micro 256MB.

Funny thing is there was a special on the micro 1GB for just a few bucks more than the 512 titanium, but I heard the titanium is faster, and it's also supposedly more durable (on a keychain for me).
